Using the Internet as a tool for his real estate coaching and marketing business has afforded Tim the type of lifestyle he has always wanted to live. Living off the beaten path, the traditional way for Tim to do business was to spend many weekends traveling and making contacts. "I really made the decision that I wanted to live my life at home instead of going out and spending all my weekends on the road," he says. "The Internet allows me to do that."

"My business is coaching and training and developing products for coaching and training. He also points out that the rules for online marketing are changing all the time. What works today might be obsolete or even illegal tomorrow. There are two pieces of advice that Tim hands out regarding online traffic generation for businesses. The first: Don't be afraid to pass off aspects of your business to those with the experience and knowledge to do it right. The second: Don't wait around.
"I actually waited a bit longer than I should have and part of the reason I waited is that I didn't think I could afford it," he says. He urges others to "go ahead and get started now, so you can get started reaping the benefits right now as opposed to later."
